We do not provide nursing care, physical therapy, medical treatment, personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing), or medication management. If you need medical or personal care services, we're happy to help you find the right provider.
We don't collect rent, place tenants, handle leases, or manage rental properties.
For regulated trades like electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work, we bring in licensed professionals and oversee the job—but we don't perform the licensed work ourselves.
